Please read the following restrictions before continuing

For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment.  Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.

We accept the majority of the insurance carriers in our area, but please call your insurance provider to confirm we are in network with your plan.

To schedule an Accutane visit, please call 724-473-0660, Option 2.

To schedule your cosmetic appointment please call our office at 724-473-0660, Option 3, or complete the cosmetic appointment request form for the following cosmetic services:

  • PRP for hair loss
  • BOTOX®/Dysport®/Xeomin®
  • Dermal fillers
  • Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT)
  • Skin tag removal
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • All other cosmetic procedures or self-pay appointments

Patient Age Restrictions

  • Dr. Amos does not see any children under 2 years old.
  • Tricia Boots, PA-C does not see any children under 2 years old.
  • Sarah Abraham, PA-C does not see any children under 10 years old.
